Pimee Energy Inc.
Godin Property, North Central Alberta
Wabiskaw Formation Development Program
Pimee Energy is advancing execution readiness for the late Q1 drilling campaign on the Godin property, positioning the company to drive disciplined growth while reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence and Indigenous partnership.
Operational Access Secured
The company has now secured access to the all-weather road system leading into the Godin lease area following completion of a road-use agreement with Alberta Forestry. This agreement de-risks a critical path item for our Q1 drilling window and ensures year-round mobility for construction, drilling, and eventual production operations.
Infrastructure Buildout Completed on Schedule
All preliminary construction on the access road to our first drilling location was completed on schedule. Field crews mobilized on Friday, November 27 and concluded work on November 30. Scope included the installation of culverts across two creek channels intersecting the access corridor, as well as grading and leveling of approximately 1 km of lease road. This early-stage infrastructure establishes reliable, safe access to the planned Wabiskaw target and sets the stage for efficient drilling logistics.
Indigenous Partner Engagement
In alignment with our corporate mandate to build inclusive, long-term economic relationships, Pimee engaged FN Construction, an Indigenous First Nations contractor, to execute the construction program. Their performance met all quality, safety, and timeline expectations. We view this engagement as a foundational step in creating shared value with local Indigenous communities as development progresses.
Forward Outlook
With land access secured and pre-drill infrastructure commissioned, Pimee Energy remains on track for the commencement of drilling operations in late Q1. Subsequent updates will be provided as we finalize rig scheduling, procurement activities, and subsurface execution planning for the Wabiskaw formation.
The company continues to advance the Godin development with a measured, value-accretive approach that balances operational momentum with capital discipline. We appreciate the ongoing support of our shareholders as we transition into the execution phase of this growth program.
